The Seller offers digital brush sets and related digital assets for the Procreate application (in .brushset and .zip formats) on the website brushprocreate.com. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms full and unconditional acceptance of this Public Offer.
Each product is offered under one of three licenses, selected by the Buyer at checkout:
License scope is shown on each product page at the time of purchase and forms part of this Agreement.
Payments are processed by ROBOKASSA LLC. By submitting an order, the Buyer agrees to the terms of the ROBOKASSA Service Agreement applicable to the corresponding payment method. Available payment methods include Russian and international Visa / Mastercard cards, and other methods enabled by the payment processor.
Goods are digital and delivered electronically immediately upon successful payment:

Exceptions: if the file cannot be downloaded or is corrupted on the Seller's side, the Buyer may contact support@brushprocreate.com within 14 days of purchase for resolution (re-issue of the link or a refund at the Seller's discretion).
All brush files, previews, and accompanying materials are the intellectual property of the Seller. The Buyer obtains a non-exclusive license under the chosen license type and shall not redistribute, share, or resell the files in their original form.
