2. What we collect

• Order data: e-mail address provided at checkout, the products and licenses you purchased, the order amount, and the order ID.
• Payment data: we do not see or store your card details. Card data is processed exclusively by ROBOKASSA LLC, the licensed payment provider. We only receive the order status and payment confirmation token.
• Technical data: standard web-server logs (IP address, user-agent, timestamps) used for security and abuse prevention.
• Cookies: a language-preference cookie and a session-id cookie used by the cart. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

3. How we use it

• To deliver the digital files you purchased (download link sent to your e-mail).
• To process refunds or re-issue download links on request.
• To comply with Russian tax and accounting requirements (self-employed regime, НПД).
• To protect the website against fraud and abuse.

4. Third-party processors

• ROBOKASSA LLC — payment processing. See ROBOKASSA's own privacy terms at docs.robokassa.ru.
• E-mail delivery provider — used to deliver order confirmation messages.
• Hosting provider — server logs are stored on our hosting infrastructure.

We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

5. Retention

Order data is retained for the period required by Russian accounting law (currently 4 years from the end of the fiscal year). Server logs are rotated within 30 days unless required for security investigations.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to support@brushprocreate.com. Deletion of data tied to a completed order may be limited by tax-law retention requirements above.

7. Children

The website is not intended for users under the age of 14. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Effective from" date above shows the current version.
